The European Cockpit Association represents the collective interests of professional pilots at European level, striving for the highest levels of aviation safety and fostering social rights and quality employment.

Making decisions in European associations are democratic. This moved us to collaborate with a work group which represented different factions inside the associations. Once a logo and visual identity was selected and developed it was presented to the association. The argumentation about design decisions was presented by me for at their annual general assembly, attended by 400 active airline pilots/members, and eventually an approval was voted in favour of adoption.
After this the design was refined and finalised and summarised in a visual identity guide and several communication touch-points were developed and deployed.
